Fix "We can't sign in to your account" on Windows 10 or 11, temporary profile issue. Error says "This problem can often be fixed by signing out of your account and then signing back in. If you don't sign out now, any files you create or changes you make will be lost."
You will not lose data if you follow the process as shown in the video.
Here are the steps you need to follow.
1. Sigin out from the TEMP account
2. Delete TEMP profile from Registry.
3. Create a new USER Account
