Windows 11 build 25131 is rolling out a big search bar at the top of the desktop, that allows you. to do internet searches on Bing using the Microsoft Edge browser. In my opinion, the desktop search bar looks ugly and unnecessary, you can do searches on your favorite browser and search engine. If you want to disable or turn off the desktop search bar then- RIght click on desktop and click to Show more options. Uncheck "Show Search" option. Anytime you want to enable it, check the Show Search option.
